We build the system.
Nineteen systems across five territories — AI-native products, applied and vertical AI, agentic engines, tooling, and brand work — drawn as one map. Every settlement opens a full dossier: what it is, why it was built the way it was, and exactly where it stands.
The territory
Five territories, nineteen settlements. Node size tracks the scope of the system; dotted paths mark lineage — which build grew out of which. Click any settlement to open its dossier.
The index
Every dossier in one list, for reading in order rather than by geography.
How to read this map
Client names, prospect data, credentials, and collected output never reach these pages. What remains is the engineering — architecture, decisions, and status. Where an engagement can't be shown honestly, it's held back entirely rather than half-disguised.
Every dossier declares what it is: product R&D, a vertical build for a real domain, internal tooling, a live production site, or speculative pitch work. Nothing on this map is dressed up as a paid engagement that wasn't one — the label is part of the case study.
Each dossier is written from the system itself — its architecture, its hard rules, its documented limits. When a build is unfinished, superseded, or an experiment, the dossier says so. Status honesty is the point.
